Just wanted to share this workout that literally kicked my butt! I had to add on a warmup and cool down since they weren't included but for only 23 minutes of hard work I was drenched in sweat. Definitely going to be sore tomorrow but actually enjoyed myself and added this workout to my favorites! Hope you all enjoy! Also, if you have any favorite videos feel free to share!
