About to celebrate 1 year with FB...but broke my foot

Hi all!

I've been so excited because I'm coming up on my one year anniversary of using Fitness Blender and have seen so much progress in my energy, posture, and muscle definition, but while playing soccer two weeks ago, my foot got stomped on while defending the ball, and I have a nice little fracture to remember it by lol

It's been tough trying to figure out how to somewhat maintain my fitness while recovering from an injury especially when walking around on a boot makes sitting around all day so much more tempting. I gain weight and lose muscle super quickly, so I've tried to throw in some upper body and core routines and plan on getting into swimming, but starting a whole new routine when I liked my old one so much is so hard motivation wise!

How have you dealt with an unexpected roadblock in your workout journey?
