Week 10 goal evaluation thread

My powerblocks arrived!! I accidently lifted very heavy because I made a mistake: I thought the 9 kg bar was the 7 kg bar. I was wondering why 6 kg with powerblocks felt so much heavier then my regular 6 kg weights, but that was because it was actually 8 kg… oh well. At least I figured it out and I lifted heavy..

I completed one of my goals today: I did my first 1000 calorie workout. It was not as bad as I dreaded it would be.

Food wise it went pretty good this week, though I did snack on too many chocolate eggs at my mother in laws yesterday.. I really need to eat something that fuels and fills me before I go visit her..

This week I am staying focused on food. Also: giving it my all, within my limits. The rest of the week has 2 recovery days, but that does not mean I can slack..
