Food for thought march 16th

I am sitting in my car, waiting till my next appointment starts. I am seeing clients at home today. 4 in total, but because I need to travel a bit, I am away from home from 9.45 till 15.15. Long day. I did not plan well, so I have no lunch with me. I did bring water and I bought some "eierkoeken" (https://www.thedutchtable.com/2012/01/eierkoeken.html) the spelt version, to have as a quick snack. I am going to eat them on the go. Not the healthiest way to eat, but sometimes, that is all you have.

So, what do you eat on the go?

If I'd had more time I would have made myself hummus and chicken wraps with some lettuce and maybe some snack tomatoes on the side. Easy to stuff into your mouth while driving, but still pretty good.
