Hey guys. Just a query about pre-workout snacks. Due to my hectic schedule, I do find it more amenable to get my workouts done early in the morning. So I'll get up at 4.45 and be working out by 5.15. I don't tend to eat before I workout and I think this is the main issue I'm having with some of the tougher routines because my carbs are burned through pretty quickly and I tend to lose energy in the latter half. Can anyone give me some simple snack ideas that work quickly so I can get the most out of the routines? Thank you.
