Walking workout

Hi

I really was not feeling great today and was considering skipping no way was I up to what I had planned. But I managed to do the new (ish) Plus walking workout.

I still don't feel great but I managed some movement which has to be something.

I wanted to suggest more workouts of this kind might be useful? I know it is something I could use in front of the TV maybe adding some bands here and there if I wanted to up the challenge just to break up couch time. Plus it obviously worked for me today.

My Mum has recently been badgering my Dad to do some indoor walking based sessions. They are both in their 70's and have been shielding since last March so they barely go out and it was taking it's toll as they used to walk a lot in their area. I think they would use something like this and I think maybe there are others who might too.
