FB Plus 40min Banded Lower Body Strength +Hiit

so.. several years ago when i was still doing just cardio/hiit i belonged to a small studio that offered a 45minute banded hiit class and i was able to use the black xtraheavy band - the whole time!

um yea - today - the blue heavy band! ha!

and straight to favorites! awesome workout and great for working on results! 💪🏻 so glad i finally tried it!

i did use my ankle weights during the hiit rounds and held onto 2lb hand weights during the banded segment
