Leg day!

Did this today;

I had not done it for a while and forgot that the final strength set is all deadlift variations! Luckily I love those as they do not trouble my knees so I can load up.

For reasons I now do not understand I added on the newest Plus 10 min banded workout as a burn out. Seemed like a good idea when I started, 50 seconds in and hmmm, why am I doing this to myself?!

But I got it done 40 min leg day. I do have some fears about my ability to walk down stairs tmr though. I live in a first floor apartment so I may have to stay in all day!!
