I am exercising consistently it’s already been 9 weeks. My diet had been decent with regular hiccups here and there. But my scale won’t buzz. I know I am hypothyroid, my metabolism is pretty much skewed. But there are days when one needs some sort of inspirational boost. So I took some photos to compare.
Left photo is from 26 January, right is from today 12 March, almost 6 weeks apart, sucking in my stomach in both. I honestly feel way stronger than the photo suggests. But I will take the encouragement it’s providing me to keep up the good work. Way to go! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
