I'm not at my target yet, but I think this is great improvement for almost 2 months. Of course I combined the program with a healthy diet (I wasn't nitpicky with counting calories nor macros, but I did avoid processed foods and refined sugars/carbs/etc...). I think the effective combo of cardio (HIIT) and strength was essential in transforming my body.
Edit: I'm also trying to attach my lower body progress photos but I am unable to as I get a popup saying "something went wrong". :-(
