Tall People

I'm a 5 ft 11 inch woman. I always talked to my short friends in the gym about the differences in work outs. It was based on my conjecture from decades in the gym. My short friend is great at squats and I'm great at deadlifts and we struggle with the opposite. Most body builders are short because of the short muscle base, etc.. Basketball players are a great example of long muscle base.

I subscribe to a supplement site.. They sent a work out plan 'FOR TALL WOMEN' and went into this whole thing about how, for years, our work out needs have been neglected, etc..

Y'all, I felt so smart in that moment!! HAHAHA!!! Anyway, any tall people (male or female) experience the same stuff?
