Push-up Group: Week 10

Hello fellow pushers,

Another week has passed by - another week with slow progress towards my goals. On Monday I did my inclined push-ups and was able to do all 9 in a row. First time, yeah. And then yesterday came the reality check. Sets of two full push-ups where I struggled to get one right. I know, ups and downs are normal. I am curious to see how I will do my 7 full push-ups today. Will I be able to get three in a row with good form again or will I do the 7 push-ups one by one.
