Plus flex day 1 complete! sneaky cardio work!

Finally started the Plus flex challenge today with this

I lifted to max for almost all of these (won't lie some of those second rounds I dropped down a bit!) And wow! ended up with a decent cardio session to boot. I love when that happens, I will return to this one a lot I think it will be great for building my endurance.

Tmr = HIIT, LBS (weights) and pilates burn out!
