Ab week (Wednesday)

Hey everybody

If you read my Ab week (Monday), I had a good workout on my abs.

Today I'm supposed to start another ab workout. Ah, no! Lol 😂

My core is burning today!🔥🔥

My PT said, if I'm doing core workout, make sure I do my yoga stretches that involves the front of the core & back, do to my back & sciatica issues; because, I will feel the burn for 2 days after I workout and I definitely feel it!

So I did my yoga stretches yesterday

Today I'm just resting 🧘‍♀️
