Hello FB Family, how is everyone doing today?
I just finished sweating up a storm while filming a new HIIT + Abs workout for next month's FB Abs Challenge. Question: Does anyone else find their procrastination for a workout is strongest when the training style is HIIT? I love the way HIIT makes me feel (especially when it's over 😝) but starting into it can be such a challenge.
