A classic FB sandwich !

Hey all and happy new week

So today with LB and I tackled these;

Mixed it up between the LI and harder options, a solid 4 for me today. I struggled but that's HIIT!

Also a cardio workout as well as ST. I was pleased to discover that my 19 lb weights are now too light for deadlifts. On the downside that means I need more weights! Why did I not buy powerblocks in the first place?

Did a freestyle stretch. And that was my tasty sandwich coming in at about 45 mins! I am starting flex tmr and had fun at the weekend making LB sessions for the other workout days.
