8 weeks of consistency after a year of break

After a rough 2020 of struggling with thyroid related issues and depression, on 11 January 2021 I told myself, “enough is enough”. But honestly I didn’t believe it myself. Today looking at the stats of last 8 weeks brought tears to my eyes.

I thought I was starting from zero. But years of being with fitness blender taught me how to relearn. I managed to remain consistent, finished Complete and booty challenge, started fb30 r3, paused it for flex, chose my own workouts at times. Most importantly I enjoyed every bit of it and now feeling GREAT!

Next goal is to keep the consistency until it becomes habit. I haven’t gained my previous strength back. I still have to work hard on HIIT and lifting heavier. Avg difficulty/min, I am coming after you! 😁
