Beserker Hiit Challenge Complete!

someone did this workout the other day so i put it on for today since im off even tho i detest jumping jacks ha

started with a 10 minute strength warmup

i definitely did this WITHOUT my ankle weights -its not even that it was hard - but i wish the exercises were switched ! 1 minute of the other exercises 30sec of jumping jacks 😂 -

but workout complete and im never doing it again! ha!
