I am in week 5 of fb30 round2.
I have gained 2 -3 lbs weight after doing this program. Is this normal.
My diet is pretty much healthy and no junk food at all.
I have done fb burn in oct and fb low impact followed by fb burn, but have not any seen weight loss that time too.
I feel only my legs look thin other body part as it is.
Can someone guide me what should I do to see result.
I am 70kg.
