Programs with not much HIIT?


I was wondering which programs have the least amount of HIIT? I currently have LIR2, AbsR2, Strong and BWR2. The first three have a good amount of HIIT for my body, but I found out that BWR2 just has way too much. Is there a list with the amount of HIIT other programs have? Or any personal experience would be super welcomed!
