Every day I walk 15 minutes up two very big hills, pushing a 30-pound double stroller to pick up my children from daycare. Earlier this year, I dreaded it so much that I would often drive (even though I hate driving). When I did walk, I'd be huffing and puffing. Well, since January 1, I have been working out with FB 5 days per week (I do yoga the other two days). I finished FB Abs and I'm currently on the third week of FB Blend. I also did a few weeks of just independent workouts on the calendar. Anyway, the other day, I noticed I was just FLYING up that hill and not huffing and puffing. In fact, I was even feeling...good? I actually look forward to exercise now, and I wake up at 5:15am every morning to do it. Yay!
