Hello once again.

I purchased the FB meal plan that I will be starting on Monday, reason is I want a good over view of what to expect before I start. I looked at the grocery shopping lists and it does look like a lot. But like it states in the overview to do an inventory of what I already have. Well my question is I’m trying to calculate the total of calories to consume.

I also have a question about how active I am. I work in a office settings so I’m not as active, however I do FB WO 5-6 days and that’s between 30-60 minutes a day.

What suggestions do you guys have?

How did you calculate your calories to eat?

How did you feel about this plan?

I don’t mind the cooking because it wall looks delicious, I’m very happy and anxious to start. Please leave your comments below.
