How are you all doing today?

It's gonna be another quick check-in today; so let's get this show on the road!

What workouts do you have planned for today, Blendies? Or is it a rest day for you?

I'm scheduled to do an upper body routine for Day 11 of Strong today, but I'm still sore from my kickboxing-pushup extravaganza on Monday. That means I'm going to swap days around. I was going to add lower body work to yesterday's core work too, but didn't have time. So, today, I will do Day 12's lower body routine instead.

And anything fun planned in the food department?

Not a lot here! Just whatever we can scrounge together!
