I need your help / advice on lower body workouts

Hello everyone !

I have a 'problem' and I don't know what to do. I have always had big legs and I kinda have an issue with that. I managed to lost 20 pounds (10 kilos) thanks to FB (❤️). I've noticed some changes in my legs too but now, I'm afraid to gain even more volume.

And that's why I need your help. I don't know which kind of workouts is the best to do to have thinner thighs and calves. I've always heard that with strength training you gain, and with pilates you lose volume. So if you can give me your advice, I would really appreciate ! 😄
