Hey guys. I’m just curious if anyone else has counted their calories while using the meal plan? I just got the newest meal plan and am doing the 1600 Cals. I imputed meal day 1 so far into myfitnesspal and am only on lunch and I have already gotten up to 827cals of food. The Lunch portion equaled out to be around 400. Should I be doing this or just stick with the meal plan and forget counting?
