LOW BLOOD PRESSURE!

Hi all,

I have been using fitness blender workouts for a while now, but I have low blood pressure. For the past month I have not been able to workout because every time I workout I feel really dizzy and almost blackout. This has made be gain weight and feel really low because I cannot physically workout. I have consulted my doctor but the medication is not working anymore.

Is there any advice to maintain a healthy blood pressure level during my workouts?
