Workout plan

Hello guys, hope everyone is doing well!

I was previously training with FB, but I stopped for a long period so now I want to get back on the track.

As I am a student who's living in a dorm and I don't have any equipment I wanted to make a workout plan structure with the free workouts that FB offers us.

I don't want to lose weight, I just want to tone up and build some muscles. I want to focus on abs and butt!

Now, I'm not sure how to manage my workouts, what would be your recommendations? What is your workout structure that works best for you?
