My Nemesis: Jumping Jacks!

I don’t know what it is about jumping jacks but I find them so difficult and unpleasant! I’ve been working out with FB for almost a year now and I’m fine with tons of other cardio exercises and more intense HIIT exercises but jumping jacks just feel so hard every time.

I did this workout today, which has a bazillion jumping jack variations and I really groaned my way through it!
