I know a lot of you lift nearly everyday in one of the FB workout programs. Anyone out there lifting just 2-3 days per week?
I've been dividing my 3 FB workouts per week into one upper body session, one lower body session, and one total body session with a rest day (or 2!) in between each.
I am loving this! I have more time, and it's actually helped me develop more energy to tackle the other demands in life. As an aside, it's also helped me eat healthier because I'm not so anxious overall.
