Weekend 👻 check-in: Sunday, February 28th

First of all, I am very grateful for all the kind words you had for me yesterday. This is how we lift each other up in this wonderful community. 🙏🏽❤️

Are you very motivated today to have a sweat fest? Or you are like me wanting to be a couch potato? Even though I felt like not working out, I indeed moved my butt!

At the end it wasn’t so bad. Putting on the workout gears is half the battle for me.

How about some good food today? I was busy with ongoing meal prep. From tomorrow I am traveling 50km away to Gold Coast to lecture students. It’s once/week for now, but not anymore having the luxury of home office is stressing me out. And I am compensating the stress by making too many to-go lunch boxes! 😂

Today during lunch time something funny happened. We went to buy some fresh seafood, where there are some outdoor sittings. I was sitting on a bench waiting for my order. The moment I sat, I heard the kids in the adjacent table are saying, “spider spider!” Then the father of the kids said, “we moved away from that table”! I finally realized and looked up and found this scary yet beautiful creature hanging over my head! I swiftly moved away, and thought, “I had to take photo for fb family”! So I sent my 192cm tall hubby to get eaten by the spider! He survived and took the photo for me! What people have to do for love! 🤣 Jokes apart, I don’t know if it was poisonous, but it definitely looked scary! 😳

Ok, I have to prepare something for tomorrow. I am DREADING this early morning train! It was lovely to be your 👻! I really enjoyed our discussions. Have a great rest of the weekend.
