Signs of overtraining

I’ve just completed a 2 week FB plus kickboxing challenge but could barely finish through the last workout. I had cramps and could still feel a dull pain in my stomach for a few days after.

I also always take a 30 min walk in the morning and started getting cramps during my walks. I noticed I wasn’t able to keep up in my workouts and my legs felt heavy!

I’m taking a break now and doing only light slow pace waking and stretching.

Has anybody here ever felt like this? Could I have been overtraining? Any advice?!
