how are you today? how are your workouts and eating habits going? anyone working on michele's challenge of mindful eating? -

today id like to talk about a topic that comes up especially when losing - because- you are not overeating because the food tastes good - whats going to replace the thing we've been running too to deal with our emotions?

i always highly recommend therapy. theres no shame in it and you got to get your head straight. i mean you dont want to be trading one addiction for another!

so.. what things have you done to replace eating? - besides working out!
