2 week Kickboxing complete!

this morning i completed the 2 week kickboxing challenge!

while i enjoy cardio kickboxing - i dont feel i pushed myself hard enough. i guess once a gym person, always a gym person, and although i dont believe in "gym buddies" - theres just some things you need a "class" for!

once again i hemmed and hawed over all the programs and decided on - FB 30 Rd4! especially with the time i have in the morning.

I would LOVE to do Flex but i am stillllll waiting on my Bowflex weights - 60 days down 60 to go! - hopefully sooner rather than later because i am defintely not being challenged anymore by the weights i have!
