I Hate HIIT

I love love strength Training. And I'm ok with cardio as well.. but I hate HIIT. infact HIIT scares me so much that I am afraid to begin my workout if HIIT is part of the day's schedule. It scares me even in my sleep...lol. Am I exaggerating?

Guys can I loose weight if I completely leave the HIIT part of the workout and just do strength and cardio?

Currently I'm doing low impact and I'm going to schedule FB sweat or FB 30 from 1st April... HIIT. Is giving me jitters.

NP: I have completed FB sweat and FB 30 before....just that it's been a while...

I was scared of HIIT even at that time 😭😭

Is there anyone else out there who avoid HIIT????
