Hello everyone! I have been using FitnessBlender for almost a year when quarantine started. I am glad to say that I have lost 40 pounds since then! I think that I am ready to take off my "training wheels", which is to stop using FB programs where I workout 5x a week, and just work out 3x a week using FB videos, and remain active with other activities for the rest of the days. What do ya'll think? Does anybody use FB programs to keep them accountable? Or just use FB videos? Thanks!
