I'm wondering if anyone else is doing the 52 Hike Challenge?
The idea is to get out into nature to hike once a week (or more - you can finish faster or do extra) for a year. A hike can be anything you want it to be - a mile in the park or challenging hike to a peak.
I just completed hike 13, and getting outdoors in winter has made a huge difference in my physical and mental health! 25% in, I'm really enjoying the motivation to find new adventures.
