Here's the situation: I'm on a diet and my goal is to lose fat and, of course, weight. I'm not able to workout 5 days a week but I'm doing it 3 days: one for upper body, one for lower body, one for abs or total body.
Do you think it's a good way to manage the week? Or would be better to do total body all the 3 days?
I'm open to any suggestion!
