We all know that fitness is a long-term tool we can use for better health; we also know that it takes time and effort and that there are no quick fixes.
When it comes to fitness, eating well, and healthy living in general, the habits we adopt should help us feel good, and they should be sustainable.
While we know all of this, it is also helpful to remind ourselves that we need to keep moving forward with healthy habits, one day at a time.
