What are your favourite exercises?

In cathegories HIIT, strength (lower/upper body/core) and yoga/pilates ? 😁

Mine are:

HIIT: lateral jumps, mt climbers, jumping jacks (or anything involving jacks)

Strength: lower body - curtsy lunges, squats, core - toe touch crunches, backbow, upper body - chest press and fly, shoulder press

Pilates: bird dog, clamshell, childs pose
