“Real Food” Recipe Idea

Hello fellow FitnessBlenders! I just wanted to encourage everyone eating real food to keep up the good work and share another South Korean recipe idea. This is what a typical South Korean breakfast looks like. The soup is super healthy bc it’s made from fermented soy bean. It’s called Doen-jang guk (된장국).
