shout out to Kelli- mindful eating....how goes it???

Hi Kelli,

Just wondering how you are doing with the challenge of trying to eat more mindfully. I'm not sure if you've followed some of the conversations concerning this but it appears that for most of us, it's a lot harder than we expected. For myself, I am amazed at how often I eat without paying any attention and am only now beginning to catch myself a few times...to slow down, take a few breaths, eat without distraction and mindfulness. It isn't easy and sometimes I just want to rush through it and get on with other things but I am hoping that with time, it will become more ingrained into my behaviour, How are you doing....or are you continuing with it??
