So I just went on to my statistics page and saw this! The vast majority of these will be FB workouts, with a handful of custom ones in there too.
I started using the calendar properly in January last year, which is when I signed up to FB Plus.
I've not been feeling too well today, so I did a couple of low impact, recovery style videos - Pilates with Daniel, then some yoga with Kelli. I did have a HIIT workout scheduled, but I couldn't face it today, so I swapped it with the recovery day I had planned for tomorrow :)
