We just released our newest free workout video—Upper Body Workout to Build Strength for Push Ups + Tips on How to Do More Push Ups.

We get a lot of questions from the FB Family about push ups, so wanted to tackle this one for you. Don’t worry, the exercise works for many different fitness levels, with small modifications—and we provide some great tips on how to build strength for push ups too. We're also working on a new Expert article on the push up question, so be on the lookout.

The workout makes for a great burnout round, and it’s excellent for increasing strength in order to be able to do more push ups. While you can use the routine at the end of a longer workout, you can also add a warm up and cool down and use it as a standalone routine.

Remember, we offer modifications, so do what you can, and you will likely see your strength (and confidence in doing push ups) increase.
