Weight/Measurements & Progress

Let me preface this post by saying that I totally understand that the scale is not the best measure of success! Though I do step on it about once a month just to see what’s going on.

I have been really consistent with my FB works outs since September. At 5’7”, I don’t have weight to lose necessarily but would of course like to get a bit leaner. I started in good shape, but want to improve strength, endurance, self confidence, gain muscle and tone up. Plus fitness is such an important mood booster for me!

I started with two rounds of low impact and now I’m halfway through FBFit and I’m feeling awesome!

When I look in the mirror I definitely see subtle changes... especially toned arms & abs. However the number measures are quite stagnant. Is this normal?? Also does it seem like the increase in weight could be muscle gain?
