Finally completed -40 min Brutal Hiit cardio and Kettlebell workout!

so this workout was featured a little while ago and i put it on my to-do list..

i just did the first week of the kickboxing challenge and decided to do this one today

holy moly batman! i need a whole 4 week program with these kinds of videos! ha!

i just couldnt figure out switchfoot mountain climbers? so i just did regular. also i dont have a kettlebell so i did it with a regular weight.

ive been trying to figure out what comes after kickboxing. stillll waiting on bowflex weights so maybe ill create my own routine. i only have 40 minutes or less in the morning so Fit is a nogo. i was debating about FB30, Adventure with XT(with the longer ones on saturday) ..so glad to have this struggle with so many choices! ❤️💪🏻
