"Adventure" workout complete

Hey all!

As I started FB Adventure and read the description on how its supposed to be used, I decided to add an independent "adventure" workout (an extra workout on a workout free day in addition to the mandatory active program days) for today, which was an old school cardio workout! I just didnt feel like sitting around and waiting for tomorrows workout to come and I feel like my cardio needs some work, sooo I picked this one, as somehow I havent done this one before!

I must say its a real sweatfest and it got me huffing and puffing but I managed to do all the original exercise versions except fly jacks, I made them LI. I feel a bit sore from yesterdays core workout and it felt nice to get moving. Plus the confetti really brought me joy after I clicked workout complete! 🎉
