Friday Sweat Fest, Lower body workout.🔥

(A) I just completed this workout. Has anyone tried this one?

Kelli, walked off the "set," like it was nothing! Kelli, there is no way, you did not, feel that burn! That part must have been "cut out" of the video LOL!😂. It took me, "45 minutes" to complete that video, I was taking a breaks.

That; particular, workout, instead of "HIIT," I did "LIIT" do to bad knees for the people with bad knees, you know.

For warm-up, I jogged in place, &`did yoga leg stretches. To get my "legs" ready for this workout.🔥

I did, some modifications on the mat; rather than, standing up sometimes. I used resistance bands to make it more challenging, doing donkey kicks & fire hydrants. Also used, glider/ sliders for the modified "Side Lunges + Jumps"excerise.
