Hiii! I'm Shana. I'm not new to FB but I have an on and off relationships with working out. I loive FB and I want be fit but I just can't shed a few pounds off of me and the main reason is. . . I'm sooo lazy. I know I want to workout but I always find excuses not to. I just wanna know what keeps you motivated? What makes you get up and just do it??
