Do any of you suffer from an achy, uncomfortable feeling in your hips and legs? It has been happening to me lately, and I am not sure why. It happens on workout days and non workout days. It has been pretty bothersome the past week or so, and the only thing different is the weather: it has been bitterly cold here: highs of -5, etc. I notice it the most at rest: when I am moving it isn't as noticeable.
