My 2nd created Routine

Today was day 1 of my own version of the 2 week Booty challenge: each day has 2 10-minute lower body videos with warm up and cool down. This 2nd of my created Routines is called Lower Body Mix.

I never know what my energy level will be like from one day to the next. With this routine, after the warm up, I can do both 10 minute workout videos or just one of them, and go on to the cooldown.

This morning I decided to jump right in with the FB routine immediately after I'd finished my 26 minutes of yoga (I was sufficiently warmed up by then). I especially enjoyed the resistance band video!

I've also created a 2 week upper body mix using the same format of 2 10-minute videos. Day one of that routine is tomorrow. Maybe I'll add the new Flex video coming out this week!
